WEDDING PLANNING
GUIDA Weddings offers complete wedding planning services.
Includes pre- and post-wedding events, prospecting for all necessary suppliers, including catering, entertainment, accommodation, transport of guests and whatever is necessary.
Over the past few years we have established a network of the best local and international suppliers to make your dream wedding a reality.
We will guide you through each step of the planning process, covering all the necessary details of the wedding, using our online platform, which allows us to manage the entire process with you remotely and also build your wedding website.
The Wedding Planning GUIDA includes the four fundamental pillars of a wedding:
– Planning,
– Project,
– Production.
– Coordination.
Our first consultation will help to understand your needs and tastes, and to find the best solutions to make your wedding unique, in your image.
COORDINATION
As coordinators of the day, we supervise the different tasks and suppliers in the production of the big event, guarantee the fulfillment of schedules, anticipate needs and manage unforeseen events.
Each supplier receives a detailed Timeline, weeks before the wedding, with arrival time and tasks. We check everything on the day, from assembly to final act, we are here to make sure everything goes smoothly.
We will be by your side from the moment you wake up in the morning, making you feel relaxed and happy, so you can simply enjoy the company of your guests without worrying about anything!
We will give a dignified welcome to your guests and take even more care of your loved ones.
In coordinating the day, monitoring and supervision follows a protocol created together with the bride and groom.
STYLING & DESIGN
Nothing will give us more pleasure than designing your wedding decor with you. We are passionate about floral and graphic design. We believe that your wedding should tell a story, your story.
From the beginning of the planning process, we will design your decorative project and help you create a unique visual identity for your special event.
From the save the date, to the invitations, place-cards and menus, and even the color palette that we will use for the flowers, napkins and tablecloths. All these elements will be harmonized to create an elegant and personal atmosphere, transforming your wedding into a unique experience for your guests.
We have our own collections and we have excellent renting partners.
We know well the flowers of each season, the possible colors and an endless range of options that will make your wedding different.

CAN I HIRE JUST ONE OF THE SERVICES?
Yea! You can hire any of the services described individually. The Wedding Planning however includes the Decorative Project and the Coordination of the Day.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I CONTACT YOU?
We recommend that you contact us 14 to 9 months in advance. We are closing the agenda for the following year in the months of October / November! But if less, try your luck, contact us!
HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?
Wedding Planning and Coordination services follow the same payment method: 50% upon contracting 50% on the wedding date. The Decorative Project and Graphic Design are paid when they are hired. The production of materials and external contracts are paid upon delivery, or in stages (to be defined on a case-by-case basis) with the final payment date being the date of the wedding. YOU ONLY DO WEDDINGS IN CENTER OF PORTUGAL?
It's our favorite region because is were we are and we know it better! But we do know well all the Portuguese regions! We know well, where are the best Venues and who are the suppliers you can trust for your wedding.
