Review and confirm the order;
Make the payment.
7.2. After payment, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent.

8.3. GUIDA WEDDINGS ships only on business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered for delivery times.
8.4. GUIDA WEDDINGS reserves the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock products, even after purchase confirmation. In such cases, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
9.1. The Customer may cancel the order as long as it has not been shipped, by immediately contacting customer support.
9.2. If the order has already been shipped, the Customer may refuse delivery and later activate the return process.
9.3. The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the items at GUIDA WEDDINGS’ premises.
9.4. GUIDA WEDDINGS reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders whenever errors in the data, payment failures, or suspicious behavior are identified.

10.5. GUIDA WEDDINGS is not responsible for payments made through methods not listed or for fraudulent payment attempts.

11.2. Despite the measures implemented, the Customer must ensure their device is protected and must not share their access data with third parties.
11.3. GUIDA WEDDINGS is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, external attacks, or electronic communication failures.
All products remain the property of GUIDA WEDDINGS until full payment of the order value is received.
13.1. All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
13.2. The total amount shown at checkout includes taxes and shipping costs (if applicable).
13.3. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and vary depending on the destination.
13.4. The Customer must transfer only the exact amount indicated in the order confirmation.
14.1. GUIDA WEDDINGS only sells new products in perfect condition, in accordance with applicable quality standards.
14.2. Images displayed are illustrative. Slight variations in color, texture, or proportion may occur due to screen settings or production batches.
14.3. Products with manufacturing defects are covered by the legal 2-year warranty (in accordance with Portuguese law).
14.4. The Customer must report any defect within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. The validity of the warranty will be assessed by the brand’s team or the manufacturer.
15.1. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
15.2. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer, who is responsible for ensuring that the details are correct.
15.3. Delivery is considered complete once someone signs for receipt of the order at the destination address.
16.1. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and vary according to the destination.

18.1. The Customer may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
